The NEXT LEVEL of technology leadership
Technology Capacity Consulting
Our technology capacity practice supports the growth, stability, and optimization of technology investments, adoption, and access at minority service institutions. We work with technology, academic, and other administrative leaders on campus to determine the appropriate strategies to implement technology in support of the institutional mission and objectives.
Our practice mission is to maximize campus technology capabilities in order to increase access to educational programs and institutional services by communities that are unserved or underserved within the higher education arena.
Cloud CIO provides certified project management professionals (PMP) to facilitate the successful implementation of large-scale, strategic programs or projects. We strive to provide a standardized project methodology for each project we lead but also account for the special requirements and people associated with your project.
Virtual Chief Information Officer
The Virtual Chief Information Officer provides additional technology management and leadership for organizations which may be under-staffed or those that just need another set of eyes, ears, or hands in support of their information technology organization.
We strive to provide exceptional services which allow our clients to focus on other priorities.
The Virtual Chief Information Officer can also serve as an advisor, mentor, or coach.
